If you would have asked me last Thursday, I would have told you I was having a bad week. If you would have asked me on Friday, I would have said, that all things considered, it wasn't bad at all. I was given a great dose of reality when I heard about the tragic events that had occurred in Japan and didn't sleep much because of my heavy heart. I have a deep sadness and great compassion for those in Japan and who have been affected by the events that passed this week, my thoughts and prayers are with you all. Life is so precious, embrace and appreciate it
